With The Coaching UnpACT Podcast turning one year old, I thought I would share some of the podcasts that I think are great resources for learning about Acceptance and Commitment Coaching and psychological flexibility.
I am lucky enough to directly contribute to a couple of these, and, of course, there are many more great podcasts out there! These are just a few I think are especially useful for learning more about Acceptance and Commitment Coaching, and psychological flexibility.

The Coaching UnpACT Podcast
Hazel Anderson-Turner and I started this last year as a way to share more of our learning and experience using Acceptance and Commitment Coaching. Episodes cover topics related to ACC specifically, and coaching more generally.
My Pocket Psych
This fortnightly podcast is all about the psychology of the workplace. Each episode, looks at how to boost and maintain your wellbeing, productivity and interpersonal effectiveness at work. The host, Richard MacKinnon explores many aspects of coaching and psychological flexibility - it offers a wealth of insight and learning for practitioners.
People Soup
Ross McIntosh who hosts People Soup describes it as the ‘ingredients for a better work-life from behavioural science and beyond’. It brings listeners a mix of people, behaviour, events and challenges in behavioural science & psychology. Ross often interviews people who use Acceptance and Commitment Theory in a variety of interesting and unusual ways.
